Step 1:- Open Hyperterminal: "C:Program FilesWindows NThypertrm.exe"

Step 2:- You must set com port on modem (Huawei Mobile Connect – 3G Modem -->Click on Properties --> Modem Tab --> Now this will show Your Port No. as "Port : COM XX")

Step 3:- Type following command : AT^CARDLOCK=""

Step 4:- Validate by pressing Enter.
